Bridesmaids/Maid of Honor:
Ensure plenty of time to alter dresses and get fitted.
Hair-do’s – Please have them up. It’s up to you which salon to go to and what type of style as long as the majority of your hair is up.
Shoes - Any color and style is okay with me. I trust your judgement. I know you won’t buy florescent green.
Flower
Girls:
Dresses
will be made at “La Florecita’s”. The
dressmaker knows what style and color will be ivory (similar to my
dress). Please go in advance to
give her time to make the dress.
Ivory
shoes for the little ones would probably most match their dresses.
Hair-do’s
are up to the moms. I’ve
ordered circular head pieces from my florists for them to wear.
In addition, instead of flower baskets, they will carry a ball-type
flower arrangement that hangs from a ribbon. (I thought this would be easier for
them to handle.)
Groomsman/Bestman/Ring
Bearer/Coin Bearer:
Please
make sure you get fitted for your tuxedos by March. We got a great deal! The
entire outfit including shoes and accessories should be $49.00. (Can’t beat
that, huh?). Make sure they don’t
charge you more.

Location is Gary’s Tuxedo in Simi Valley (2910 Cochran Ave.). Directions are as follows:
- 101 South
- 23 North - Fillmore
- Exit Olsen Rd., turn right
- Olsen becomes Madera Rd.
- Take 118 East
- Exit Sycamore Dr., turn right
- Left on Cochran

Day
of wedding:
Bridesmaid/Maid of Honor/Flower Girls:
- Please be at my mom’s house (3630 Dallas Drive – College Estates) by 10:00 am ready for everything. Yogi (photographer) will be taking pictures of us. Don’t be late!
- Flowers will already be at my mom’s house.
- Please make your hair and make up appointments in advance. Let your stylist know you must be done on time to be at my mom’s by 10:00 am.

Line up for the ceremony by 1145 to ensure we start exactly @
noon.
Groomsmen/Bestman/Family of Groom:
- Please meet at Miranda Park @ 0845. Pictures will be taken. Alfredo will have everyone’s boutonnieres and mom’s corsages with him.
- Someone must bring Devin back to Cindy’s mom’s house for pictures. Don’t forget! He can hitch a ride from Yogi the photographer.

After pictures, please make sure to be at the church by 1115.
You will need to assist with seating guests and ensure ushers
(Diana, May, & Maribel) have help if necessary. In addition, parking for the Limo must be blocked off.
Remind Dina (wedding coordinator @ church).

Line up for the ceremony by 1145 to ensure we start exactly @
noon.
After
church ceremony:
- Ushers: please ensure Dove’s are ready to go for Alfredo and I to
release. In addition, please assist Erica (florist) as needed. Please don’t forget the unity candles and whatever is left behind.

Dove release at steps of church entrance.
Please help direct guests to bottom of steps so pictures will go
smoothly and timely.

Immediately after Dove release, wedding party, please meet at
fountain (side of church for pictures).
Try your best to mingle with everyone after our pictures.
There is another ceremony @ 2:00 P.M..
They will kick us out of there asap.
- After pictures, we’ll have a few hours (2 hours) to relax in our Limo. Complimentary drinks will be available. Party!! Places to cruise to is yet to be determined. Any suggestions?
Reception
(Saticoy Country Club):

Limo will drop us off at 4:00 PM at Saticoy Country Club.
Pictures will be taken promptly.

Hors D’Oeuvers begin at 5:00 PM.
Our Grand entrance ceremony will being at 6:00 PM.
Please line up by 5:45. Dinner,
dancing, slide show, cake cutting, etc.. thereafter.
